Founded in 1960 and expanding to Toronto in 1977, Rizzo Hall quickly became one of the city’s premier banquet and catering destinations. Under the leadership of Chef Peter Rugiano and Betty Nasella, the brand built its reputation on consistency, quality, and warm hospitality, serving millions of guests and creating lifelong memories.

Born in the Calabria region of Southern Italy, Chef Peter’s culinary journey began in his family’s kitchen. Trained in Torino, Italy, and refined through decades of hands-on experience and global culinary exploration, he brings together tradition, innovation, and authenticity in every dish.
